How It Works
Clear answers on the proposed model, what is not promised, and what must be finalized before any offer.
Investment participation — concept only
What is being proposed?
A Hotel101-inspired, professionally managed 500-room resort concept. Each physical room is linked to two separately sold investment interests. List prices start at $52,000 per interest for the Regular Room ($104,000 for both interests at list). A preliminary 20% early-bird discount for the first 100 customers brings the Regular Room promo price to $41,600 per interest ($83,200 if both interests qualify).
What is the first-100-customer discount?
A proposed 20% early-bird discount on the list price for the first 100 customers. Final terms must define eligibility, how customers are counted, whether the discount applies to one or both investment interests, and when the offer expires. Illustrative payback is about 2.6–2.9 years shorter only if annual dollar income stays the same after the discount.
Do both investors own the same room?
Do not assume exclusive ownership of the same physical room by both buyers. Legal documents must define whether each buyer receives shares in a company, a contractual participation right, or another lawful interest.
What does the 30% / 30% / 40% split mean?
It is a proposed participation concept only. It is not financially complete until contracts specify the revenue or profit base, allowable expenses, reserves, reporting, audit rights, payout frequency, and treatment of loss-making periods.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Return rates of 6.93%, 7.59%, and 7.65% and related income/payback figures are illustrative scenarios from a concept brief—not verified forecasts, construction budget, net proceeds, valuation, or profit. This site does not advertise guaranteed yield, occupancy, or returns.
Can I invest through this website?
Not yet. Use the enquiry form to register interest. Any offer, if made later, requires Philippine counsel review and may trigger securities and registration rules.
What still needs to be finalized?
Site survey and title, architectural feasibility and final 500-room mix by category, cost plan, hospitality feasibility study, legal term sheet for the two interests and allocation, early-bird offer rules, investor disclosure pack, and approved offering copy.
